MotoGP: QP INDIANAPOLIS - September 13, 2008

After three sessions of FP under the deluge, the sun finally salutes the Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix. To the delight of fans both among the sidelines, either on the sofa at home, runway in perfect condition, ready also to show how beautiful the same passion for this world to know two wheels offer.

Valentino Rossi riding his Fiat Yamaha conquered the pole position. For the doctor second pole of the season after Mugello and a session "supreme". The chrono stops at 1'40.776. At the italian are behind Casey Stoner. The current world champion at just 84 thousandths from Rossi shows that there is the head, the gas and its impressive Ducati Desmosedici GP8. After the memorable duel of Laguna Seca, maybe Indy will be the lady of another endless battle.

At 3rd place does spanish Jorge Lorenzo session at its disposal spodesta from the first row of the idol house Nicky Hayden. Not even 90 thousandths and the U.S. finds itself in the fourth row. We thank the "future" (the official announcement soon) Ducati pilot house for the show incredible and unique that gives everyone with derapate, smoked, sbandate and detached to the limit. Behind the pilot of the Repsol Honda, another idol of the crowd USA, or Ben Spies. Excellent qualification that speaks for its future between AMA and MotoGP championship. We will see soon the fate of young talent. 6th french Randy de Puniet, author twice the provisional pole.

No good other Italian Loris Capirossi 13th and Marco Melandri in the usual penultimate position, ahead only to Antony West. The latter always in pole in the three sessions of FP in the wet.
